In 2019, Industrious Leadership was published — a grounded handbook built from the field up.
It’s not theory. It’s not padded with corporate bullshit. It was a tool for leaders pushing themselves and their crew — men and women charged with getting it done when most can't.
It was the first honest attempt to put real, boots-on-the-ground leadership into words.
Now things are getting soft out here. The next generation is being handed titles without training, and responsibility without experience.
It’s time to bring leadership back to the dirt, the grind, and the hands of those actually responsible.
The need for leadership hasn’t changed — but the work environment shifts every damn day. Thankfully, what matters hasn’t.
